    Job Description

    We currently have an opening within our strategy team for a VP, Creative Strategy dedicated to Oncology brands.

    As a VP, Creative Strategy for Oncology, you will be the go-to person for uncovering insights, and developing briefs, strategies, and frameworks designed to elevate our creative work and drive results for our clients.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing inspiring creative briefs, strategic points of view, and uncovering unique creative opportunities for our teams and clients.
    • Partnering with creative teams to ensure the work is clear, effective, and on strategy
    • Overseeing internal and client-led research and insights related to driving creative work to synthesize learning to actionable insights and next step strategies
    • Collaborating with business strategy to help solve client problems, develop effective media mix and integrated communication plans, understand audience nuances, assess the category and disease state landscape, drive business and tactical planning, and deeply empathize with the patient and their journey
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    You have:

    • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, anthropology/sociology or psychology (preferred)
    • 10+ years of healthcare brand, audience insight, or communications strategy experience
    • 3+ years supporting oncology treatments (in pipeline, in launch, or in market)
    • Demonstrated ability to think comprehensively and proactively about brand marketing strategy
    • Experience in generating and strategically applying both qualitative and quantitative research
    • Experience conducting strategic planning across all target audiences (i.e. HCP, Patient, Payer) and all channels (i.e. traditional in-person reps and conferences, social media, print, digital)
    • Exceptional writing, communications, and presentation skills, both in developing the story architecture and delivering compelling presentations
    • Strong curiosity, ability to deal with ambiguity, work autonomously and a preference for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork skills, with ability to work across agency and network teams and support direct reports by delegating effectively, motivating, and coaching – all towards delivering brilliant work

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $121,000 - $204,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
