RBA Tax & Financial Services, LLC is a growing 100% cloud-based

• tax advisory firm specializing in helping small businesses lower their tax liability and build growth in profits.

  We are looking to Train and Hire individuals for the tax season. Join a fun, friendly, empowering team, and let us teach you how to better understand taxes, your situation, and other individuals! Work from home, office space, or on the go! Set your own schedule!

  Business and individual tax returns are prepared on a contract basis.

  Responsibilities:

   

• Work from Home office

   

• Prepare tax returns (individual, corporate, and partnership) for various businesses

  You will learn:

   

• New Tax Laws

   

• Customer Service skills

   

• Prepare Individual, Schedule C and Business returns

   

• Learn the latest tax laws and filing practices

   

• How to onboard clients through the cloud based filing process

   

• Techniques to advise clients on their financial goals

  REQUIREMENTS:

  • BE A Self-Motivated Individual

  • Ability to build teams and work effectively with others

  • Ability to network your own clientele

  • Willing to learn

  • Capable of working remotely (Must have computer/laptop, mobile phone, internet connection)
