Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
