Looking for a Licensed Agent to be A Showing Agent for The Keyser Team! Sarasota/Siesta Key/Venice/Osprey/Nokomis Areas/St Armand's/Lido/ Halfway Longboat Key Must possess an active SUPRA KEY! We are a real estate office in Sarasota FL. We have a need for someone with a SUPRA key to provide access to showings for clients and to occasionally remove and install SUPRA Boxes. We will pay on a contract price structure for these showings, and SUPRA BOX related installs or removals. We will offer a $25.00 Flat Fee Per show, or installation/removal. You will not be expected to discuss the details of the home. We utilize a program to help facilitate information back and forth between the office called Trello, which we will train on how to use. We will utilize this platform for all showing information and scheduling. This position will start part-time and potentially a few showings a week. They can be done in between your own personal work as an agent if you are part of another office etc. We will have a fair practice in place of accepting and canceling showings because we understand that life happens, and we want to communicate effectively with clients if anything happens that can affect scheduling. We may need for an agent to be available in the evenings, but typically not past 7-7:30 for most showings. Saturday's/Sunday's maybe an occasional showing here and there. • Professional Appearance for all Showings is expected. (No Ripped clothing/Stains/Offensive odors/ multiple colored hair dyes, flip flops, etc) • Open Doors for clients as assigned by the administrative office coordinator • Install/Remove Supra Boxes from properties as needed ( May also need to get keys made in this process) Qualifications: • SUPRA KEYS are issued through RASM (Real Estate Association of Sarasota and Manatee) • Must have a car and a smartphone Compensation: $25 Per Showing Appointment
