Responsibilities: • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan
