Responsibilities: • Manage budgets and expenses • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities • Plan and direct sales team training • Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets Qualifications: • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Prior sales experience is extremely important • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
