Draftsman/Client Coordinator

Residential Construction Company based in Long Beach Seeking Draftsman/Client Coordinator

Draftsman will be responsible for drawing up floorplans, lighting plans and elevations for our projects including all details needed to carry out construction work. Draftsman will work with clients as the client coordinator to capture finishes and layouts accurately.

The right person for this role will be extremely detail oriented and be able to see how each detail ties into the project as a whole. This person will enjoy working with clients and bringing their vision to life. This person will also enjoy working in a small company and all the opportunities and challenges that come with growing alongside a great company that values your input.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Well versed in CAD software
• Experience in construction a plus
• Experience with Buildertrend a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
