They would be responsible for consistently marketing our business via social media, web, and print mediums in efforts to expand our business, elevate our brand, and grow our client relationships. Responsibilities: • Record all office expenses and invoices and complete basic bookkeeping tasks • Prepare agenda for real estate team meetings and update/maintain calendar with meetings, appointments with active clients, and important milestones in a transaction • Adapt to the needs of the team and step up to help when appropriate • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts for client representation, offers, etc. • System development, implementation, and management • Information and database management • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards • Maintain office supplies and run office errands • Vendor relations • Client care, communications, and support • Bookkeeping • New listing onboarding and marketing preparation for active/coming soon listings, open houses, and door-knocking • Provide marketing support to agents for neighborhood prospecting • Oversight of executed contracts through to closing • Copywriting for various platforms such as agent profiles on real estate websites, business websites, and internal platforms • Planning and executing two client events in summer and winter, and occasional seasonal events and/or projects • Growth of the brand – everything that goes out is a reflection of the brand beyond the logo • Increase online reviews • Grow engagement • Strategize outreach • Increase number of followers on FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube • Web, print, and social media marketing • Update presentations as needed • Postcard design • Flier design • Write descriptions for listings • FB ad design and strategy • Email newsletters Qualifications: • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and the Google Suite • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 2 years of office, corporate experience, or similar work experience required • Service-based attitude with the highest ethical standards • Real estate license is a bonus • Project management and event planning skills • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
