Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 services to clients. Teach activities for daily living (ADL’s) as well as social skills.
Implement individual programs as written and advised by the Program Manager (BCBA).
Complete documentation of data collection, session notes, and administrative paperwork.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a minimum of a highschool diploma or GED
A desire for constructive feedback aimed at helping you grow within the field
Passion for helping others
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
RBT certification
Bachelor's degree in related field (ABA, Behavioral Health, Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Language Pathology)
Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum
