REACH Therapy Services is looking for a reliable, experienced professional to join our clinic administrative team. The Patient Care Coordinator manages critical communication and tasks between the clinic staff, clients, and referring health care professionals.
We are a growing business dedicated to providing Central Arkansas families with exceptional pediatric therapy services. The clinic team is very collaborative and upbeat. We support one another and make time for fun as well. This position is Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
medical record management
processing referrals
updating prescriptions
providing customer support both in person and over the phone
greeting and checking in patients
new patient intake coordination
managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
coordinating schedule changes

proficient in MS Office software
Desired experience:
Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Previous experience as an office administrator, receptionist, data entry specialist, or working in a medical office (Preferred)
Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical billing or insurance processing (Bonus)
Medical records software, EMR (Bonus)
