    We have immediate openings for compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team at REACH Therapy Services. We are expanding our program and opening a clinic in Searcy, Arkansas! We currently have immediate openings for full or part-time therapists or PRN.

    We pride ourselves on being a very supportive and collaborative clinic. You’ll find very strong teamwork and communication between our speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapists. Our clinic directors are themselves therapists and strive to provide our therapists with the support and resources needed to provide the highest quality of care, without unnecessary micromanaging.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Evaluating and treating children with a wide range of abilities (birth to 21 years of age)

    Providing services in a variety of settings, including clinic, daycare, home, schools, and community

    Managing your patient caseload and schedule

    Completing documentation in a thorough and timely manner

    Developing home exercise plans

    Collaborating with parents and other therapists on child’s treatment plans and goals

    Experience:

    Computer skills: 3 years (Required)

    Pediatric therapy: 1 year (Preferred)

    Performing evaluations and documenting treatment recommendations: 1 year (Preferred)

    Medical records software, EMR (Bonus)
