Position Summary

We are seeking highly experienced Reach Truck Operators to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires recent, hands-on experience operating a stand-up reach truck in narrow aisles and at elevated rack heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials
• Safely pick and put away product at elevated rack heights
• Work in narrow aisle configurations with precision
• Load, unload, and transport pallets throughout the facility
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow RF scanning procedures (if applicable)
• Follow all warehouse safety standards and company policies
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent reach truck operating experience required
• Experience working in high racking (20+ ft preferred)
• Ability to operate in narrow aisle environments
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
