    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Experience creating and coding front end web interfaces and web pages using JavaScript, HTML, CSS alongside React and Redux
    • ** Current JavaScript Coding (ES6) skills alongside current experience with React;** experience working with or knowledge a broad base of JavaScript libraries is preferred as you will be tasked with tools/library research surrounding tools-selection.
    • Experience designing, creating, owning the front end code for dynamic Menu-Driven Software Utility Application or End-User Administration Applications (intuitive and prompt driven.
    • Experience creating and coding front end web interfaces and web pages for an Enterprise Software Company (with many client-specific versions of the same product) is preferred.
    • Training or certification in Functional User Experience is preferred (experience with or knowledge of WCAG and/or ARIA standards is preferred)
    • Strong HTML5 and CSS (Bootstrap and/or Experience with Graphics Tools and/or UX type work is a plus)
    • Sense of Urgency, Solid Project-task prioritization skills and good oral and written communication skills
    • ** A BS or MS Degree in Computer Science is required.**
    • Strong Oral and Written communication skills.

    ** Pluses:**

    • Experience working for a growing startup type company Or for a smaller company.
    • Experience working as the Only front end JavaScript developer on the coding team.
    • Experience Communicating with External-Paying Clients for the purpose of UI/UX changes, adjustments, ideas, recommendations and suggestions.
    • XML Coding.
    • TypeScript Coding.
    • Experience utilizing source code management / code configuration / code repository tools.
    • Experience working in a Test Driven Development Environment (where you are testing your own code).
    • Sense of Urgency, Solid Project-task prioritization skills and good oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience writing the front end of software that extracts data from Smart Devices, IoT devices, Networks or Industrial products.
