Education required: Bachelor's degree
Certification/Licensure Required: Appropriate MN teaching license in (or ability to obtain).
Record of exemplary results with students.
Knowledge and application of assessment tools and data management.
Experience working in a K–8 urban public or charter school setting preferred.
Knowledge of reading intervention techniques and literacy development
Strong analytical abilities and a love for data-driven instruction
Dedication to going above & beyond for your students
Collaborative work style paired with the ability to take initiative
