  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Ready 4 Change is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Outpatient Therapists to serve in Guilford County and/or Randolph County. Outpatient Therapist shall provide outpatient clinical services for clients (children/adolescents and adults) seeking treatment for mental health and substance abuse services and co-occurring illnesses, including

    • Conducting DA and/or CCA assessment and reassessment of the client’s clinical needs
    • Counsel consumers individually or in group sessions.
    • Monitoring and reporting clients progress in treatment
    • Submits the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes.
    • Continually assess client needs, service availability and appropriateness
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The therapist must be licensed by the relevant state licensure/certification board to provide mental health treatment services in the State of North Carolina. The individual must demonstrate they are licensed in one of the following licensed discipline categories:

    • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS)
    • Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)
    • Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP)
    • Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
    • Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)
    • Associate Level Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-A)
    • Associate Level Professional Counselor Associates (PC-A)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associates (LMFT-A)
    • Associate Level Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists (LCAS-A)
    • Valid driver's license and own transportation to make home and community visits as appropriate
