    With offices in North and South Texas, our HOUSTON TEAM is currently looking to expand and seeking individuals who are wanting to get into the solar industry. This is an entry level career opportunity with extensive hands on training. We offer opportunities for both part-time and full-time. Our part-time team is for students who are going to school and looking to make extra income while juggling their school schedule. Our full-time team is for hungry & eager individuals who are looking to grow and develop a career within our organization.

     

    Here at READY EVERY SECOND, we believe in Training our Sales Team from the ground up so the right person would be someone who seeks continual growth and development. Due to our in depth hands on training process, NO experience is needed, however prior experience working face to face or on the phone with customers helps.

     

    For our full-time Individuals looking to build a career with us, you must be willing to learn and put in the work.

    • Candidates will first start out as an appointment setter which involves canvassing door to door in residential neighborhoods assigned to them, setting appointments with customers interested in learning more about our solar options. Full-time candidates must also have aspirations to not only learn how to set appointments, qualify/sell our products to residential and commercial/industrial customers, but also be motivated to move into leadership positions managing small to large teams and/or departments.

     

    Unlike most solar consulting firms, we are NOT commission only. We offer a unique pay structure where our team makes an aggressive commission structure while also providing a sense of security with a back up pay structure for low producing months. By not being commission only, this allows new team members to really focus on learning the business the right way.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Team player, able to work in a close knit environment as well as independently

    • Comfortable speaking/meeting with potential/new customers

    • Focused & goal oriented

    • Basic computer skills

    • Detail orientated and organized to keep records on potential/new customers

    • Strong verbal communication skills (English is a must, Spanish is a plus but not required)

    • Committed to putting in the time & focus needed to learn the industry and full sales cycle as you progress

     

    RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:

     

    • Main focus is to develop long lasting relationships with new customers

     

    • Provide professional & customer focused service always

     

    • Deliver accurate information pertaining to the customer

     

    • Prospect potential customer

     

    • Schedule follow up appointments

     

    • Answer any and all questions/inquires from customers in a timely manner

     

    • Reach targets given as a team and individually

     

    COMPENSATION & PAY:

     

    Ready Every Second provides a very competitive and uncapped commission structure so there should be no issues making minimum $50,000, but individuals are not limited and definitely have the opportunity to make six figures their first year. This career opportunity is not commission only and therefore we provide our sales force with a back up pay structure for low producing months and/or during the initial training process. The back up pay structure is similar to a draw system, however unlike traditional draw systems we don’t require the individual to pay back any draw checks. Our draw system acts more like a back up salary/base because it’s there if the individual needs it, but not paid out if commissions exceed the back up pay structure amount. Individuals don’t receive both the back up pay structure and commission, they will receive whichever is higher because the draw system is there for security purposes.

     

    This compensation plan gives our sales team both an aggressive commission payout, while also providing them with a sense of security because we understand sales can be mental and we want our team focused on putting the customer first ALWAYS.
