Ready, one of the fast-growing sports nutrition companies in America, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, WITH AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE to assists its aggressive marketing and growth plans. The brand is in over 17,000 retail doors nationwide including the largest retailers in America. Over 200 college and university athletic programs provide their student-athletes with Ready Nutrition products and the brand is the Official Sports Drink of 9 NCAA Division 1 Conferences. Super stars Aaron Donald and Giannis Antetokounmpo are company co-owners and brand champions, while the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), the largest athletic organization in the US, has chosen Ready® as its Official Sports Drink.

Job Overview: The Marketing and Promotions Specialist must be an enthusiastic, self-starter with proven experience and marketing skills. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Execute the brand’s marketing programs
• Assist the marketing department in the development of product marketing strategy
• Communicate with both retailers and brokers on the placement of company’s products
• Assist in the planning and executing of promotional activity and events
• Create Brand Presentation and Visual Marketing Material
• Manage and Organize Assigned Marketing Resources
• Research Market Trends, Competitive Products and Trade Publication
• Support the Development of Social Media Content and Creative
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF PROVEN AND SUCCESSFUL MARKETING EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE COLLEGE
• Promotional event experience
• Experience in retail channels like grocery, mass, drug, convenience and club IS A PLUS
• Extensive social media experience
• Superior attention to detail
• Superior Power Point and Excel Skills
• Basic art and design skills are a plus
