ReadyCloud is a rapidly growing software company based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. Over the past 12 years, we’ve created a popular ecommerce CRM suite that helps e-retailers with growth marketing, shipping and returns. Now, we’re seeking a sales professional to help us expand our focus and grow.

Direct, related experience in SaaS Sales required.

Here’s what you need to know:

Where You Come In

• You will work across a book of business of 250 accounts of small to medium-sized ecommerce businesses.
• You will have ownership and autonomy over the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• You will map out the target organization and build relationships with multiple contacts, with a focus on decision-makers within the organization.
• You will learn and understand each business’ objectives/challenges and align ReadyCloud’s proven solutions to accomplish their goals and resolve pain points.
• You will partner with ReadyCloud’s customer success and account management teams to ensure strong client experience and program performance post-sale.

What It Takes To Succeed

• You have sales experience and/or ecommerce knowledge.
• You bring a great attitude, work ethic, and coachability
• You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• You have experience with Salesforce.
• You are hungry to grow your career and tackle new challenges.
• You have strong time management skills.
• You are a creative problem-solver and self-sufficient worker.
• You have a solid understanding of ecommerce or warehouse software (WorldShip, ShipStation, etc.). If not, this can be taught for the right candidate.
• You have successful experience presenting to mid to large-sized groups over the phone.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce.
