Job Description

We are seeking an experienced mobile application developer who is passionate about delivering exceptional products on a fast-paced development team. In this role you will have the opportunity to create, improve, and maintain proprietary, cutting edge infrastructure solutions and products. You will work on mobile apps, and work with APIs powering our infrastructure solutions and internal tools. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
• Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
• Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs
• Build native apps for iOS, and Android based devices
• Participate in product discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects to make them happen, including selecting and implementing technical architecture
• Document all programming tasks and procedures
• Perform routine software maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Previous experience in software development
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL
• At least 2 years work experience with each of the following:
  • Android Studio (Java)
  • XCode (Objective-C/Swift)
  • REST APIs
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JSON
  • JavaScript
  • Typescript
  • Git (Github, BitBucket, etc)
• Must be able to pass security, background check and random drug screening
• Will be required to obtain security clearance in the future

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday thru Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EDT
• Work schedules may be adjusted to meet Department/Customer needs.

JOB TYPE:

• This is a full time position.

PAY:

• $80,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience and additional qualifications.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• High school or higher level education.
• Only relevant work experience is required.

LANGUAGE:

• Fluency in English is required.
