Job Description Researches market for innovation opportunities, analyzes retail data reports and presents findings to assist with identifying market trends, guiding new-product decisions and tracking current product performance online and in-store. Responsibilities * Thorough market research of both existing products and emerging categories, quantifying potential size and revenue * Designing and generating reports from existing sales databases, as well as maintaining and modifying sales databases * Adapting to projects as needed, such as creating presentations and writing documents for executives Skills and Qualifications * Familiarity and efficiency with Microsoft Excel * Ability to recognize important information in large data sets and present clearly and concisely * Strong written and verbal communication * Capable of working independently, as well as with others * (Helpful, not required) Basic knowledge of firearms, calibers and supporting accessories * Earned or working toward completion of a marketing analytics or research undergrad degree.
