    JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

    TERRITORY: SAN BERNARDINO, RIVERSIDE CA

    PAY: $70K to $85K OBO, Plus Commission

    We seek a sales expert - a fun “celebrity type” who makes the impression from the time walking in. This is a career for a self-disciplined sales professional who enjoys growing sales with uncapped income! The Sales Executive must have experience of outside B2B sales and preferably real estate servicing industry (Such as Home warranty, Title, Mortgage, NHD, or other related areas). This sales expert will actively market to real estate agents, offer our products and continuing education benefits. In addition, training courses, strategies, and instruction of planning will be provided.

    WHAT DOES A “DAY-IN-THE-LIFE” LOOK LIKE?

    Equipped with a company vehicle, an iPhone, and an iPad. Spend most of your day in the field selling and scheduling meetings, participating in events, and hosting seminars. Here are some details of what you will be doing:

    · Setting up and attending one-on-one sales, organizing webinars/seminars, events, and meetings with real estate clients.

    · Actively attending client functions, events, exposing through public relations, social media, and other mediums.

    · Opening new businesses, developing and maintaining new and old clients to secure increase market share in the assigned territory, thus increasing personal income.

    · This position will require to be “on the move” with ongoing sales meetings at the client’s offices and maintain the visits to existing clients.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Excellent communication skills with clients, co-workers, and management.

    Good driving record (must provide a printout of driving record).

    Proven record of understanding the art of closing deals.

    Background on sales from B2B and B2C.
