    We’re looking for motivated inside sales agents who love to make a great first impression and get results! This person loves to spend time on the phone, offers superior customer service and has the skills to generate multiple sales opportunities for our growing business. You love working hard to provide the best support to customers in hopes of generating a sale for the team. Responsibilities: An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Lead Generation – Prospect calls, open houses, personal notes, door knocking, more • Social Media engagement—targeting your personal sphere of influence • Monitoring inventory on behalf of clients—creating options for their consideration • Showing homes to prospective buyers—facilitating tours (including nights/weekends) • Preparing property valuations as a part of advising clients • Preparing and submitting offers on behalf of clients • Negotiating on behalf of clients throughout transactions • Arranging/attending inspections, contractor appointments, appraisals • Attending signing at closing—facilitating transfer of keys • Post-sale—obtaining online reviews, maintain client engagement on behalf of team Qualifications: Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude Real estate license or pursuing required Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Positive mental attitude w/ commitment toward growth • Student mentality with commitment toward learning new concepts and skills quickly • Self-motivated to meet personal/team goals • 100% commitment to honesty and integrity • Availability to clients 5 days/week, and to team 7 days/week as needed to answer questions in order to properly manage/navigate transactions • Proven ability to be punctual to appointments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong people skills—the ability to build/maintain rapport with others • High School Diploma or equivalent • Sales experience is desired, but not required • REALTOR LICENSE IS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO APPLY- WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO GET YOUR LICENSE Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000+ yearly at plan commission
