Job Description

We are looking to bring on a Jr. Escrow officer. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience as an escrow assistant with the ability to support a high-revenue producing team. Must be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently and multi-task as well as handle large workload volume.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Experience interacting with court, borrowers, vendors and third parties to the real estate closing action
• Respond to a high volume of escrow questions
• Experience reviewing title commitments and other escrow related documents
• Ensure title is clear in order to move the transaction to close
• Review, research, identify and assist in resolving title issues for residential properties
• Prepare and proofread any documentation that goes out

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Must be knowledgeable in RBJ, Outlook and DocuSign
• Must be customer service oriented
• Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Energetic and hard working
• Work well under pressure
