    Office Administrator position For Busy Real Estate Office Top producing agent is seeking an immediate hire for a busy real estate office in Huntington Beach. Real estate knowledge/experience is a plus! Applicant must have good English communication skills, good English writing skills, must be a quick learner, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, very organized, able to self-manage, able to work under pressure, and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis. The applicant must have a reliable car as some local errands are required. Prefer that applicant is close to Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa or Fountain Valley. Full-time position available. Potential for growth. Responsibilities: Tasks include: • Phone calls and monitor emails • Responsible for real estate paperwork and documents • Create letters and memos • Input data entry • Create, label, and deliver marketing materials Qualifications: • Prefer some experience working in Word, Excel, Emailing, Social Media Input (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), PowerPoint, and some sort of experience with graphic programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or In Design. Compensation: $48,000 Annual salary, plus benefits
