Job Description
Property Management company seeks a FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST for its private health club in Manhattan on the West side. Applicants must have prior front desk experience, exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills and a polished and professional demeanor. This position is weekdays Monday - Friday, availability needed 1:30pm - 10:00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic Administrative duties (mail, filing, copying, faxing, etc.)
- Answering phones/screening calls
- Meet and greet prospective and current tenants and visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
- Provide tours of the facility when needed
- Maintenance of membership documents
- Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and welcoming health club experience
- Comply with company policies, practices and procedures
- Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required and minimum 1 year experience working as a Receptionist
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Extreme attention to detail and follow up tasks
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player
- Proactive, outgoing, energetic, efficient
- Pleasant telephone demeanor
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite; POS experience a plus
