Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Find Absentee properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Absentee property lead generation • Absentee property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Absentee property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • A real estate license is required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
