We're looking for a Relationship Manager (account executive) to join our team and join our existing team of 2 other relationship managers to expand our growing business-to-business sales division. This is a role has an extremely high income potential. As you build and maintain relationships that continue to bring opportunities, and as you become successful, you will exceed $100,000 annually. Responsibilities: • Connect with investors, realtors, and other industry professionals via phone, text, email, meetings, etc. • Be the point of contact to help the company sell over 100 properties a year to other professional investors. • Match up buyers on our list with properties that fit their buy box. • Educate those in their network on the advantages of selling to our company or using our services for their investment properties, in addition to buying from us. • Provide high-level service and advice on solutions to their situations. • Occasionally, attend walk-throughs of properties with buyers you have connected with. • Put together paperwork to ensure smooth transactions. • Attend company and industry real estate meetups. Qualifications: Required skills: • A real estate license (can be obtained following the beginning of employment). Willing to help the right candidate obtain their license. • Computer literate: Proficient in using various software and technology platforms. • At least 1-3 years of sales experience. • Passion for real estate investment. • Negotiation and sales skills • Strong focus on people oriented skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate investors. • Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
