You’ll keep our financial records organized by reviewing accounts payable and receivable and preparing detailed account reconciliations. Responsibilities: • Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts • Assist with month- and year-end closing processes • Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to ensure accuracy • Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports • Help monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies or trends • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance • Perform administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned, such as Accounts Payable • Process semi-monthly payroll, submit 401(k) contributions, process payroll taxes, and file quarterly payroll tax reports Qualifications: • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must • Experience in real estate industry preferred • High school diploma required, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued • Property management/HOA accounting is a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly
