Compensation- $50,000 Salary plus Commission potential income $90,000-$120,000 Responsibilities: • Conduct lead generation activities to identify and reach out to motivated sellers, investors, and distressed property owners in the Boston, MA area. • Evaluate properties by conducting market analysis and negotiating purchase agreements in line with company standards. • Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals like realtors, attorneys, wholesalers, and investors to facilitate property sales in the Eastern Massachusetts area. • Utilize digital marketing, social media platforms, and networking strategies to support property acquisitions and expand the client base in Boston, MA. • Manage and update leads, deals, and transactions effectively in the company's CRM system for efficient workflow. Qualifications: • Outside Sales experience preferred. • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building are essential. • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Familiarity with CRM tools, cold calling, and lead generation strategies is advantageous. • Must hold a valid Driver's license and have reliable transportation. Compensation: $50,000 Salary plus Commission
