We want you to grow with us and take us to the next level as a highly-skilled closer! You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers to buy these properties. On-Track Earnings (OTE) of $8,000-$12,000/month Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Contact qualified seller leads via phone, email, and text • Manage acquisition campaigns using our proven systems and software • Conduct due diligence and prepare contracts • Work 40 hours/week with flexible remote scheduling Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Problem-solver who can work independently • Great with people, building rapport, and negotiations • Experience welcome but not required - we value character and work ethic.
