Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends What You’ll Do: • Work inbound and company-provided seller leads — no cold calling or door knocking • Evaluate property values using comps, market data, and site-level insights • Build rapport with sellers, negotiate terms, and manage the sales process from start to finish • Use our CRM daily to track your pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transactions and get deals closed Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired You’re a Great Fit If You: • Hold an active real estate license (required) • Have at least 1 year of experience in acquisitions or residential sales • Are confident in communicating over the phone and handling objections • Are self-motivated, accountable, and thrive in a results-driven environment • Want to maximize your income without being tied to a local office or generating your own Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 a year
