We’re hiring a high-performing Acquisition Specialist who’s hungry to close deals, driven by impact and income, and loves helping people while winning big. You’ll speak directly with motivated homeowners (no cold calling), build trust, and close contracts that help people and generate strong profits for the company. This is a remote sales role with daily appointments, full pipeline support, and an elite-level team culture. Responsibilities: • Speak with 2–4 warm to hot motivated sellers daily via phone • Prospect through existing leads in our CRM and create opportunities from past conversations • Build rapport, uncover motivation, and educate sellers on our home-buying programs • Present offers and negotiate win-win terms for both the seller and the company • Attend daily team huddles and weekly training sessions to improve skillset • Use our CRM (RESimpli) to manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and seller communications • Work hand-in-hand with Lead Manager, Dispo, and Admin teams to move deals from offer to close.
