If you're hungry, self-motivated, reliable, and looking to grow with a high-performing real estate investment company, we want to hear from you. We're a fast-growing, lean team buying off-market properties directly from homeowners. We specialize in providing cash offers for properties that need work, and we need a skilled closer to help us scale. This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be speaking to warmed-up, pre-qualified leads — homeowners who have already shown interest in selling. Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Building rapport with sellers and identifying their core needs and motivations • Presenting and negotiating win-win offers • Following up with leads through our CRM with consistency and urgency • Collaborating with our Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth closings • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • You’re a natural closer — confident, persuasive, and comfortable talking money • 1+ years of real estate sales experience • You’re organized, emotionally intelligent, and an active listener • You’re self-driven — you don’t need someone breathing down your neck to perform • You’re coachable and hungry to grow into a six-figure closer Compensation: $100,000+ at plan, commission
