    Job Summary

    We’re looking for a motivated Acquisition Manager to join our fast-moving real estate investment team. This is a hybrid role — you’ll manage leads remotely and meet sellers in person throughout the Central Valley, so reliable transportation is a must.

    You’ll receive training, mentorship, and full support from a team of seasoned investors. Realtors who are eager to expand into the investment market are highly encouraged to apply.

    This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven position with a small monthly stipend to cover minor expenses (fuel covered separately). The right person will thrive with independence, initiative, and a hunger to learn and earn.

    Compensation

    Small monthly base pay to cover expenses

    Fuel expenses covered

    Commission-based income with first-year potential of $70,000–$100,000+

    Responsibilities

    Manage and follow up with warm leads from company marketing

    Set and attend appointments to negotiate property acquisitions

    Call, text, and visit homeowners to build rapport and secure contracts

    Evaluate property values and structure win-win purchase offers

    Maintain organized workflow and build a strong acquisition pipeline

    Collaborate with leadership and investors to close deals efficiently

    Qualifications

    Proven success in sales, negotiations, or real estate transactions

    Experience presenting offers or conducting in-home appointments

    Strong interpersonal communication and closing skills

    Reliable transportation to travel throughout the Central Valley

    Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
