Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Follow the team plan • Lead follow-up Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Real estate license required in order to earn commissions and work with clients • Good communication Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
