As an Acquisition Sales Representative, you will work exclusively with inbound seller leads who have expressed interest in selling a property. Your primary responsibility is to engage sellers, identify their needs, evaluate opportunities, and convert qualified prospects into executed purchase agreements or listing referrals. This is a phone-based sales role that requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to quickly establish trust with homeowners across the country. You'll manage your pipeline through our CRM platform, where you'll track conversations, follow-up activities, and key performance metrics that directly impact your success. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, takes initiative, customer service oriented, has patience, is an active listener, and requires minimal hand-holding. This person should be able to work independently and work aggressively to connect with our inbound leads. Compensation Structure: • 100% Commission-Based • Upside earning potential • Above industry-standard commission payouts Expected Earnings: • $250,000+ annually for strong performers • $500,000+ annually for top-tier closers NOTE: Candidates should have a minimum of six (6) months of financial reserves to support themselves during the ramp-up period of building their pipeline.
