    Active Acres Properties LLC is a fast-growing land investing company flipping and subdividing rural vacant land across the U.S. We’re looking for a consistent, motivated, and coachable Acquisitions Manager to help us close more deals and scale our operations. You’ll be working warm leads, talking to landowners, and negotiating purchase agreements. If you love the hunt and are good on the phone, this role has strong income potential. Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Make 20-25 land offers per week • Work with sellers to get contracts signed and deals through closing • Work closely with the ad manager to facilitate closings • Work hours 9 am - 5 pm EST. Flexible and to be adjusted as leads come in Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Self-motivated and consistent — you hit your call goals and stay on track • Coachable — you’re open to feedback and want to get better • Good communicator — you can build trust and stay calm under pressure • Must be available during U.S. business hours Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
