Responsibilities: What Success Looks Like in This Role: • Consistently prospect and follow up with seller leads, turning them into appointments, offers, and signed contracts • Build strong local relationships to uncover new acquisition opportunities • Advise the Dispositions team on pricing and strategy for successful resales • Negotiate effectively to secure deals and support sellers through the full transaction cycle • Maintain regular communication with sellers, Dispositions Agents, and the Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth closings Qualifications: What You Bring: • Strong people, communication, and negotiation skills • Confident problem-solver with a calm, solutions-first mindset • Highly organized with strong time management • Comfortable with technology and sales tools • Bachelor's degree required • 1–3 years of sales or real estate experience preferred • Real estate license is a plus, but not required Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
