Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls for customers calling to receive cash or novation offers • Identify high-equity, distressed, and opportunity-rich properties and qualify them to understand their motivation, timeline, and needs • Master objection handling and confidently guide sellers toward the next steps • Consistently fill the calendar with qualified appointments that convert into contracts • Move leads through the pipeline with urgency and precision • Maintain detailed CRM notes so every conversation builds momentum • Execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, texts, emails) until a clear yes or no is achieved • Track daily KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments set, contracts influenced) Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Compensation: $12,480 - $18,720 + Commission
