Responsibilities: • Meet with property owners in person to evaluate opportunities and build rapport. • Conduct detailed property value assessments and market analysis. • Negotiate purchase agreements and close deals on-site or locally. • Work closely with other departments. • Use MLS, local market data, and boots-on-the-ground knowledge to stay ahead of trends. Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Proven success in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales. • Strong in-person negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of the NC & GA real estate market. • Ability to work independently and travel locally for appointments and property visits. • Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills. • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality. Compensation: $70,000 - $88,000 yearly
