Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to phone calls and inquiries generated by marketing efforts such as direct mail, online ads, and other campaigns to engage potential sellers. • Monitor acquisition metrics, track leads, and deals, and report progress to leadership. • Negotiate and structure-property purchase agreements to secure favorable terms for the company. • Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, brokers, and agents to source new opportunities. • Visit properties to assess condition, potential, and any necessary repairs or renovations. • Perform due diligence, including market research, to determine property values and forecast potential returns. • Draft and present offers to sellers, ensuring all legal and financial documentation is in order. • Collaborate with the finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and property transitions. • Earn a competitive salary of $750 per week, plus a 5% commission on all acquisitions to start. As you grow with the company, you'll have the opportunity to earn between 10-15% of the wholesale acquisition fee, depending on performance. Qualifications: • Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field, with a solid understanding of property evaluation and market trends. • Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally handle inbound phone calls from direct mail and ads, setting appointments and answering inquiries efficiently. • Ability to negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions to secure favorable deals. • Proficient in analyzing real estate deals, market data, and comparable sales to assess property value and potential ROI. • Ability to build relationships with sellers, agents, brokers, and internal teams, and communicate effectively. • Capable of working independently to meet targets and deadlines while staying driven and focused on company objectives. • Strong ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records of transactions. • Ability to quickly assess potential roadblocks and create actionable solutions during the acquisition process. • Having a real estate license nice to have but not needed. • Collaborate effectively with the team, engaging in daily communication via Slack to ensure alignment and coordination. Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 yearly
