Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead Sales Engagements: Leverage your expertise to manage and convert high-value appointments into closed deals. Your track record and skills will be key drivers of success. • Property Valuation Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of market trends and property assessments to craft compelling offers that maximize returns for all stakeholders. • Client Relationship Management: Build, sustain, and enhance strong client relationships by navigating complex negotiations confidently and empathetically. • Closing Deals with Precision: Maintain consistent momentum by swiftly managing leads, overcoming challenges, and ensuring successful deal closures. Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone What We Need From You: • Proven Experience: 5+ years of success in real estate acquisitions or a related sales field, with a history of closing high-value deals. • Results-Oriented: A proven ability to drive deals forward and deliver exceptional outcomes. • Expert Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities. • Independent Problem Solver: Capable of identifying and executing solutions without requiring micromanagement. Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commission
