Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed What You’ll Do: • Work inbound and company-provided seller leads — no cold calling or door knocking • Evaluate property values using comps, market data, and site-level insights • Build rapport with sellers, negotiate terms, and manage the sales process from start to finish • Use our CRM daily to track your pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transactions and get deals closed Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone You’re a Great Fit If You: • Hold an active real estate license (required) • Have at least 1 year of experience in acquisitions or residential sales • Are confident in communicating over the phone and handling objections • Are self-motivated, accountable, and thrive in a results-driven environment • Want to maximize your income without being tied to a local office or generating your own Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 a year
