Proper Realty Group is looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to lead our deal pipeline in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll be the tip of the spear — sourcing on and off-market properties, negotiating directly with agents and sellers, and locking up contracts at prices that make deals move. Responsibilities: • Source off-market residential properties through cold calling, driving for dollars, direct mail leads, and networking with distressed homeowners • Analyze deals quickly using comps, ARV, repair estimates, and market data to determine maximum allowable offers • Negotiate directly with motivated sellers to secure properties under contract at wholesale-friendly prices • Manage and nurture a pipeline of seller leads in the CRM, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up • Coordinate with the dispositions team to ensure smooth assignment or double-close transactions • Build and maintain relationships with investors, title companies, and other key partners in the local market • Prepare purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other transaction documents Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Compensation: $90,000 - $180,000
