Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, make offers to purchase, and write up contracts to purchase • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale to the Dispositions team • Build relationships throughout the market that could lead to future acquisition opportunities • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for-sale-by-owner and expired listings, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell • Effectively negotiate or oversee negotiations for sellers • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close • Oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience, is preferred • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to understand the client’s needs • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic attitude • Must be able to set and close appointments over the phone and in person • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling, and goal-oriented • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 base + commission

    $90,000-$120,000 per year
