Acquisitions Manager Full Time | Remote | Reports to CEO We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Acquisitions Manager to join our real estate investment team. This role focuses on finding, analyzing, and securing real estate deals that meet our company’s investment goals. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, thrives on negotiation, and can confidently communicate with property owners and agents. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our real estate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building rapport with sellers, and negotiating win-win deals. Tools You Will Live In Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools, call and text systems, KPI trackers, deal analyzers Schedule and Compensation Full-time. All hours are in USD. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm PST. Remote with some meetings in US hours. Compensation based on experience and track record. Responsibilities: • Source and analyze residential and investment property leads from multiple channels (off-market, MLS, wholesalers, etc.) • Contact motivated sellers through calls, texts, or emails to discuss selling opportunities • Evaluate properties based on ARV (After Repair Value), repair estimates, and market data • Negotiate offers and purchase agreements aligned with company guidelines • Prepare and present deal summaries for management approval • Coordinate with internal teams (Dispositions, Transaction Coordination, etc.) for smooth closings • Maintain accurate lead and deal information in the CRM system • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals for offers and closed acquisitions Qualifications: • Experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or wholesaling preferred (training provided for the right candidate) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong analytical mindset — able to assess numbers, comps, and ROI • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively • Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, property valuation tools, etc.) Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
