    Real Estate Acquisitions Manager – $75,000 – $90,000+ | Six-Figure Potential We’re looking for a sharp, driven Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our high-performance investment team. In this role, you’ll speak directly with motivated sellers, analyze deals, and lock up contracts — both over the phone and in person. You’ll be expected to work some nights and weekends, and attend in-person appointments throughout Metro Detroit. This is a W-2 employee position with a base salary and commission. You must come in with real estate sales or acquisitions experience, including the ability to handle seller negotiations, structure offers, and draft purchase agreements from day one. Responsibilities: • Respond quickly to inbound seller leads and follow up persistently through calls, texts, and CRM • Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and present offers that solve their problems • Run comps and assess property condition to determine accurate offer pricing • Attend local property walkthroughs and negotiate face-to-face when needed • Manage and update leads in the CRM throughout the entire sales process • Collaborate with the team to hand off contracts for transaction processing and closing • Track KPIs and consistently work toward monthly contract and revenue goals Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions or sales — must know how to evaluate deals and write purchase agreements • Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close contracts both over the phone and in person • Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals — comps, repair estimates, seller motivation, and deal structuring • Tech-comfortable and organized — able to manage leads in a CRM and keep sales activity tracked and updated • Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by performance metrics and results • Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend appointments in and around Metro Detroit Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
