Benefits of this job: • Work from home • Make your own schedule • Base pay • Commissions and base are paid 2x/month • Tiered bonus structure - sell more, make a higher percentage • Paid Training Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Research different offer strategies and prepare contracts • Act as an intermediary between sellers & our company ensuring a smooth close • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Be able to make, receive and return calls 9a-9p • Be able to take appointments on the weekend Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • 2+ years of proven experience as a salesperson, whether in real estate, *large ticket, cars, inside or outside sales, account executive or similar. * • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed. • You must have *actual *sales experience for this job. Retail store work or anything like that doesn't count. Compensation: $58,800 - $68,200 yearly
