We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions representative. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Our Sales Acquisition Representatives work directly with distressed sellers—people who need to sell their homes quickly. The goal is to engage with these sellers, build rapport, and consistently get properties under contract by following our proven sales script. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Consistently reach out to leads from our CRM (InvestorFuse). • Pre-qualify and build rapport with motivated sellers via phone. • Locking up a minimum of 2 contracts a week • Set and manage appointments, and close contracts over the phone. • Work collaboratively with the team and communicate clearly. • Meet daily activity and performance benchmarks. • Make 4 qualified offers per day and hit conversion goals. • Possess and apply working knowledge of novations and wholesaling. • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to property owners. • Qualify motivated sellers and determine their level of urgency. • Follow a structured sales script to guide conversations effectively. • Build trust and rapport with sellers to uncover their needs and motivations. • Negotiate and structure property purchase agreements. • Maintain and update CRM with seller interactions and status updates. • Work closely with the disposition team to ensure a smooth contract process. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. Qualifications: • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Ideal Candidate • Proven expertise in phone sales and real estate. • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. • Charismatic and persuasive with a dynamic personality. • Disciplined, accountable, and independently motivated. • Someone who wants to grow themselves and grow with the company. • Experience with CRM systems, especially InvestorFuze and Dialpad, is a major plus. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: (Min Requirements) • Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals • High Energy. • Candidates must have previous successful sales experience. • Ability to follow a script while still engaging in natural conversation. • Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a high-volume call environment. • Comfortable handling objections and overcoming seller hesitations. • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate a CRM system. • Must understand American sarcasm, pop culture, etc., to build rapport. • Must have reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop, and a headset. • Dedicated workspace, free of external background noise (e.g., no animals or children). • Must be hungry and fit all of our core values. • Demonstrated success in sales and closing deals over the phone. • Comfortable navigating objections and handling tough negotiations. • Has strong tech skills, especially with property research tools (Zillow, • PropStream). • Dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi and, headset. • Daily Goal: 60 calls / 4 hours talk time, 4 offers/day. • Conversion: 1 contract per 15 leads touched; 50% of contracts must close.
