  • Responsibilities

    As a Real Estate Acquisitions Representative, your mission is to drive new business revenue by generating and converting conversations with motivated homeowners into signed purchase agreements. You’ll be on the front lines, building trust with sellers, understanding their unique situations, and offering win-win solutions that align with our company’s values of integrity, ownership, and service. You’ll attend virtual seller appointments, follow up consistently, and close deals with empathy and precision. This is a performance-driven role for someone who is hungry, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Revenue Generation: Close new revenue every month (5–6 deals each month) • Appointments: Conduct 100+ virtual seller appointments/month , combining: • Closing: Maintain a 25%+ closing ratio on live seller appointments • Lead Management: Prep calls, confirm appointments, send reminders, take detailed notes, and ensure every lead is fully documented in the CRM Team & Admin Tasks: • Attend daily team huddles (Mon–Thurs @ 9 AM CST) • Submit daily end-of-day reports and update KPIs, CRM, and pipeline • Confirm next-day appointments and prep accordingly Time & Schedule Expectations: • Set your own schedule, with the freedom to work from anywhere (remote role) • Expected availability: Slack communication between 8 AM–6 PM CST, Mon–Fri • Must open enough calendar availability to hit 25+ appointments/week • Required tools: Your own computer, phone, and a reliable internet connection Compensation:Base Pay (first 90 days only)Tiered commission based on monthly revenue closed Qualifications: People skills: • You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert). Integrity: • Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with sellers. Leadership: • You must always lead sellers to the best decision for them, EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people. Hunger / Work ethic: • This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here, you must be willing to put in hours honing your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities, 2) close them. You must be hungry. Proactivity: • Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results. Attention to detail: • You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers, but still important. High standards: • You’re tasked with helping the company live up to our highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our high standards. Poise: • You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis, which, a lot of times, can be life-changing conversations for the seller. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the seller make the best decision for them. Compensation: $85,000 yearly at plan commission
